We have found that Monday has become the busiest day of the week! We usually start our day with a few simple invitations in the classroom. This morning, the favorite invitation was using golf balls to paint with white paint. The children held the trays and moved them around to get the golf balls to roll. Some of them experimented with how different it looked when they used their hands to roll the ball.
We also visited the light studio again. The children loved exploring all the ocean activities further!
"I got one!"
We then spent some time outside on our playground! The Katon children continue to amaze us with their growing abilities to climb and to easily maneuver parts of the playground that were challenging to them at the beginning of the year.
