Tasty Tuesday and Work Together Wednesday

Whew! It has been an extra busy week in Katon! While we continue to work on our very special Pesach projects, we also added some other Pesach fun for Week of the Young Child.

In honor of Tasty Tuesday, Rabbi Schusterman taught us how to make matzah! The children got to help mix, roll out, and poke holes in the dough. We are so grateful to Rabbi for teaching us how to make matzah!

For Work Together Wednesday, we planted some herbs to grow from seeds. The children were given the opportunity to decorate their pots and then helped plant basil, thyme, and oregano.

Back to Tuesday, we got a little creative under the sensory table. Some of the children were just hanging out under there when Ms. Krysti got the idea to tape paper up to let them color. Sometimes changing perspective and being a little bit silly makes for the best experiences!
