Vehicles Outside

Today we really enjoyed time outside.  We played hard with our outdoor vehicles. They went up and down the slide, we carried them up the stairs and they even went over the bridge! We saw great turn taking, both with the individual vehicles, but also the spaces to play with the vehicles.

W: "Uh-huh!"

L: "I want one, too!"

E: "Go!"

E: "Ohhh!"

During independent play, one friend brought the basket of markers to the green rug.  This inspired us to try drawing in a different space than our art table.  We squatted, laid on our bellies, and even sat crisscross while drawing.  This is a great way to work on our core muscle strength!

E: "Uh, Yellow!"
